Sadhana is the discipline of routine spiritual practice and the routine surrendering of the ego through activities such as meditation, yoga, chanting or prayer. Surrendering the ego to achieve peace and spiritual discipline of the self is an important principle within the practice of yoga. It’s through this daily commitment that one begins to feel more connected, grounded, and clear-minded. Even small, consistent efforts can bring a deep sense of calm and purpose. Sadhana isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up with honesty and heart. As the ego softens, life starts to feel lighter and more meaningful. In time, this practice becomes a personal space for growth, balance, and quiet transformation.
