For those who have completed 200-hour yoga teacher training and want to further their education and teaching skills, the 300 hour yoga teacher training in Bali is an excellent option. This yoga training program is designed to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, and develop your personal practice.

A team of experienced yoga teachers will guide you through advanced asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. You'll also explore topics such as sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and yoga philosophy. The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali also includes opportunities for teaching practice and feedback sessions to develop your teaching skills.

Daily Schedule for 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Bali

In keeping with the requirements of Yoga Alliance - USA, 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training In Bali, Indonesia ,the program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 6 to 7 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the training intensive but enlightening. Depending on the yoga school the mornings can begin as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. During training you are provided with two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments and green tea. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you gain in-depth knowledge of the subject. Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.

Classical Dance

We introduce classical dance to our students because it is absolutely a Yoga practice. Here we teach you the Ganesha Vandana Classical Dance whereby we do bhangi, which means you dance in such a way that you represent Ganesha in some of your gestures. You will feel yourself Divine and one’s mood changes completely by simply watching. This is the first time that we have included Dance in our Yoga curriculum and students are stimulated by the moves and we are sure that will be taken aback by it.

There will be an initiation ceremony to the Yoga Tradition on the first day of the course. After taking a shower every students have to dress white and join the opening ceremony. Our Pandit ji and Guru ji himself take you through the amazing experience. Gayatri initiation with the energy transmission called shaktipat will be given. From today one feel deeply connected to the yoga tradition.

We serve delicious vegetarian food. According to the needs of our students we also serve gluten free and vegan food. However, if you have any specific conditions such as food allergies, etc., we will be happy to prepare special food for you. Our food is prepared in a loving and spiritual manner to ensure most benefit from the food. Fresh ingredients, organic vegetables and fruit are used wherever possible. 3 meals are served a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food menu is prepared through taking into consideration a balanced nutritional diet.

Bali & India are well known for their beautiful taste in food. Ayurveda teaches about how to balance our body through our diet. Different foods influence our different systems and elements. Students will enjoy the most tasty and healthy meals in Bali Yoga Retreat. Our kitchen team is guided by the Ashram and they know how to prepare food with spiritual feelings. We do not use any meat, eggs or alcohol in our kitchen. We also encourage students to not use them while they are here with us. We serve mostly vegetarian dishes.

Stay and facilities

If you need to leave early:

  • Students who have an emergency and need to leave before their course ends,  if it’s one or two days as we can arrange to complete the full course requirements in time.
  • If a student needs to leave earlier than one or two days they will have to complete the course online. Then the certificate will be sent after passing the examination.
  • No refunds available for students who leave early without completing the course.

Free Day

Sunday is free day and we have excursion tours arranged which are part of the full program. All are included in your course fees. On Sundays you will receive only breakfast and you can enjoy your lunch and dinner outside in the many beautiful cafes & restaurants.

Yes. Upon successful completion of the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, you will deepen your knowledge and advance your teaching skills. If you are already registered as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, you will be eligible to upgrade your registration to RYT 500. This credential allows you to teach yoga internationally in studios, retreats, wellness centers, and other professional settings.

This course is suitable for all levels including full beginners. However, we recommend practicing an initial course or basic yoga regularly before training to help you absorb teachings more effectively.

Requirements for Students

Participants in our retreats and training programs are required to show a high level of self-discipline, respect, and commitment. Yoga is a path of inner transformation; hence, To keep the space peaceful and supportive for everyone, all participants shall :

  • Attend all yoga sessions, meditation exercises, spiritual activities, and lectures from start to finish.
  • Enjoy a clear diet during the course of the training, free of meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, or any kind of recreational drugs.
  • Maintain personal cleanliness; respect common areas and the code of conduct of the retreat.
  • Ensure ethical behavior is consistent with yogic values and precepts of the retreat.

To maintain a harmonious retreat atmosphere, the following rules must be followed by all students:

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on retreat premises.
  • If fasting on any day, kindly inform the kitchen team in advance to avoid food waste.
  • Maintain punctuality. Late arrivals will not be allowed into sessions once they have started.
  • Show respect to your teachers, staff, and fellow participants.
  • Return all borrowed items (books, mats, etc.) before leaving the retreat.
  • Guests, friends, or family members are not allowed to stay in student accommodations. If needed, they may rent a separate room subject to availability.

  • Although there is no refund for advance deposit payments, we do offer one-time rescheduling within a year, subject to availability.
  • No refunds will be given for any reason if you decide to cancel after attending the retreat.
  • At the management's discretion, partial refunds might be taken into consideration in extraordinary medical emergency situations.
  • A program may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Bali Yoga Retreats. Participants may ask for a complete refund or a transfer to a different date in such circumstances.
