Sound Healing is a practice that helps tune our bodies and reawaken our natural ability to heal. As the Western world increasingly embraces energy healing, this course offers a unique opportunity to explore sound healing Bali. This course will teach you how to use the sound of various different instruments to aid the healing of the body. You will have individual and group healing sessions with Tibetan Singing Bowls. The vibrations produced by these instruments help release tension and promote deep relaxation. Sound frequencies can balance energy centres in the body, also known as chakras. Participants often report a sense of inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional release. With regular practice, sound healing supports better sleep, reduced anxiety, and improved focus.
