Refund Policy

Please read the following Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking any program or retreat with Bali Yoga Retreats. By using our services or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

At Bali Yoga Retreats, we value transparency and integrity. We understand that planning a retreat requires both time and resources, and we strive to make our policies clear to ensure a smooth booking experience for all our participants.

Registration and Payment Terms

To confirm your participation in any of our Yoga Teacher Training Courses or Yoga Retreats, a non-refundable registration deposit of USD 200 – USD 500 (depending on the selected program) is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at our center in Bali before the start of the course or retreat.
• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

We recommend that you make your booking only after careful consideration of your schedule and commitment.

Refund Requested Before the Beginning of Training

The registration deposit is strictly non-refundable.

However, in the event of an emergency or unavoidable situation, participants may request to reschedule their training to a future batch within one year of the originally scheduled date, subject to seat availability.

Please note:

• No cash refund or future credit will be issued.
• The rescheduling option can only be used once within a 12-month period.

Refund Requested After the Training Has Started

Once the course or retreat has begun, no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

If you decide to leave the program mid-way—whether due to personal reasons, dissatisfaction, or other commitments—you will not be eligible for a certificate or any form of refund.

Additionally, students who cancel or leave mid-course will not be eligible to join another batch in the future using the same payment or deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your participation to a future date:

• You will not need to pay the registration deposit again.
• You may choose to join the same or another program within one year from your original registration date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing via email.

If the Course Fee is Fully Paid in Advance

If you have paid the full course fee in advance, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. In such cases:

• You can transfer your payment to another upcoming batch or retreat.
• The transfer must be confirmed with us, and new dates must be mutually agreed upon based on availability.
• No cash refunds will be provided for advance payments.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking for any reason:

• The registration deposit remains non-refundable.
• You may, however, use the amount paid to enroll in another course or retreat within 12 months from your original booking date.
• All rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to info@baliyogaretreats.org.

Cancellations by Bali Yoga Retreats

In the rare event that Bali Yoga Retreats must cancel a scheduled course or retreat due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, or operational issues), enrolled participants will be given the option to:

• Transfer their booking to a future available date, or
• Receive a credit note for use within 12 months.

Please note:

• No full refunds will be issued.
• This policy does not apply in cases where cancellation occurs due to misconduct, unlawful activity, or violation of retreat policies by the participant.
• Bali Yoga Retreats reserves the right to deny admission or discontinue services without refund in the event of inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or actions that violate the safety and harmony of the retreat environment.

Important Notes

• We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, flight changes, and health emergencies.
• Requests for refund or rescheduling must be communicated directly via email to ensure proper documentation.
• Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures once the course has commenced.
