How He Came To The Mat
Babloo Prasad Ji was born into a Brahmin family in Uttarkashi, up in the Himalayas. He has a Master’s in Yogic Science from Sanskrit University in Haridwar and is Yoga Alliance certified at both 200-hour and 300-hour levels. He’s been teaching for over seven years now, mainly Ashtanga Vinyasa.
How He Teaches
He trained under several yogis over the years and is known for his attention to alignment and adjustments, plus a solid handle on pranayama. His view is that yoga isn’t just physical, he treats it as something that works on the body, mind, and spirit together, and he brings this approach to students at Bali Yoga Retreats.
